Interior surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each trip to protect passenger health and safety. Our drivers are CPR-certified, background-checked, and trained in PASS standards, wheelchair and stretcher securement, patient handling, and assistance. They uphold courtesy, punctuality, and complete professionalism, ensuring each passenger experiences a safe, respectful, and dependable ride every time.
The mission of Wheels Of Hope Relief is to provide high-quality, reliable, and safe transportation services to raise funds for people in our community who need help. Whether it’s a routine medical visit or a special family occasion, NEMT is a reliable, stress–free way to travel. Our employees are certified in defensive driving, passenger assistance, safety, and sensitivity (PASS), wheelchair and stretcher securement, CPR, and have undergone drug and background screenings. We are registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and have the authority to cross state lines if necessary. Some of our drivers have a CDL and speak Spanish. We are an approved Indiana healthcare provider (IHCP).
